Returns & Exchanges

 

Kindly take note: 

  • We only provide store credit for returns, and monetary refunds are not available. All Returns and Exchanges MUST be approved prior to shipment. 
  • There are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or STORE CREDITS for any items purchased at the Ohio Renaissance Festival. NO EXCEPTIONS.

For website purchases only:

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back with tracking within: 7 days of delivery

 

The following items may NOT be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of our gowns, corsets and accoutrements, unless they arrive damaged or defective (we carefully inspect each piece prior to shipment) returns for store credit will not be accepted for:
  • Any purchases made in person at The Ohio Renaissance Festival.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items worn outside the initial try on. Your return will regrettably declined if the item has been worn or utilized for photoshoots. Should the item be returned in a condition that exhibits makeup marks, stains, or signs of significant wear, your request for a refund will be declined, and you will have the option to pay for shipping to have the item returned to you.

Size Exchange Guarantee:

I am pleased to accommodate exchanges for any item in a different size, provided that it remains unworn and the desired size is available. To initiate a size exchange, I kindly request you to reach out via email, Website Chat or direct message on Instagram or Facebook. Upon receiving and inspecting your original item, ensuring it is pristine and unworn with tags attached, we will promptly send out the new size. Please be informed that customers will bear the cost of return shipping; our return address will be shared once your exchange is approved. The shipping expense for your new exchange order will be graciously covered by Immortelle Bijouterie as an extended courtesy. If for any reason your size is not available, a store credit will be issued for future use. 

Item Exchange: 

To initiate an exchange for a different item, please submit your request via email or direct message on Instagram within one week (7 days) of receiving your package. Your request will be reviewed immediately. Upon approval and receipt of your original item in the same impeccable condition as which you received it, we shall dispatch your new selection. *Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and our return address will be provided once the exchange is approved. The shipping expense for your new exchange order will be graciously covered by Immortelle Bijouterie as an extended courtesy.

Returns and Refunds for store credit:

Should you find it necessary to initiate a return for store credit, I kindly urge you to reach out to me promptly, preferably within three days of receiving your delivery, no later than 7 days or one week. It is crucial to communicate within this period if you wish to return your item for store credit. Please note that returns for store credit do not cover return shipping costs or initial shipping fees unless an error has occurred on my part. 

Refunds in the form of store credit will be processed once the returned items are confirmed to be undamaged, unused, and free from any signs of wear. Upon approval of your return, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item (excluding shipping fees) in the form of a personalized coupon code, which may be redeemed either online or in person at the Ohio Renaissance Festival.

Store Credit Details:

  • Your store credit code may be used online or in person at the Ohio Renaissance Festival for your convenience. To use in person, you must be able to provide the code in store and it must be validated in store. 
  • Your store credit purchase MUST equal or exceed the initial purchase. 
  • Store Credits NEVER expire.

Shipping Details:

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for lost, incorrectly routed, returned, or stolen packages that you send back to us, nor for any fees associated with reshipping should your return package be sent back to you due to a shipping error. Refunds will not be processed for lost or stolen packages; in such instances, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping company.

Additional Details:

  • We DO NOT offer alterations under any circumstances online or at the Ohio Renaissance Festival.
